Ingredients:
- 100g of elbow macaroni
- 200ml of milk
- 100g of shredded cheddar cheese
- 20g of butter
- 10g of all-purpose flour
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Boil a pot of water and add a pinch of salt. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente, then drain using a colander.
