Ingredients:

  • 1 can (400g) of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons of tahini
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of curry powder
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed for consistency

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, curry powder, minced garlic, and cumin.
