Ingredients:

  • 150g of ground beef
  • 2 small corn tortillas
  • 50g of shredded lettuce
  • 50g of diced tomatoes
  • 30g of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 30g of sour cream
  • 20g of taco sauce
  • 10g of chopped onions
  • 1 tsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of taco seasoning

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Frying pan
  • Cutting board
  • Knife
  • Serving plate

Instructions:

  • Heat the frying pan over medium heat and add the olive oil.
  • Once hot, add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in the taco seasoning and some water if necessary; simmer for 5 minutes until the beef is fully cooked.
  • While the beef cooks, warm the corn tortillas in another pan or microwave them briefly until soft.
  • Assemble the tacos by placing some of the ground beef on each tortilla.
