Ingredients:

  • 200g ground beef
  • 50g breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 50g onion, finely chopped
  • 50g bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 50g ketchup
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 50g grated cheese (optional)

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
