This Hummus & Veggies recipe is a quick and healthy snack or appetizer. The creamy hummus pairs perfectly with a colorful assortment of raw vegetables, making it a nutritious option for any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 200g of canned chickpeas
  • 50g of tahini
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • Salt to taste
  • 100g of assorted raw vegetables (carrots, cucumber, bell peppers)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • knife

Instructions:

  • Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas under cold water.
