Ingredients:
- 200g of canned chickpeas
- 50g of tahini
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- Salt to taste
- 100g of assorted raw vegetables (carrots, cucumber, bell peppers)

Instructions:
- Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas under cold water.
