- 2 slices of whole wheat bread
- 100g of sliced turkey breast
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 2 slices of tomato
- 2 leaves of lettuce
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Instructions:
