Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of whole wheat bread
  • 100g of sliced turkey breast
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 2 slices of tomato
  • 2 leaves of lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Toaster
  • Plate

Instructions:

  • Toast the whole wheat bread until golden brown.
  • In a small bowl, mash the ripe avocado with a fork and add salt and pepper to taste.
