Ingredients:
- 2 slices of whole grain bread
- 100g of sliced turkey breast
- 2 slices of crispy bacon
- 1 large egg
- 1 slice of cheddar cheese
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:
- Toast the slices of whole grain bread on a griddle until golden brown.
- In the same griddle, cook the bacon until crispy and set aside.
