Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of whole grain bread
  • 100g of sliced turkey breast
  • 2 slices of crispy bacon
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 slice of cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Griddle
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Plate

Instructions:

  • Toast the slices of whole grain bread on a griddle until golden brown.
  • In the same griddle, cook the bacon until crispy and set aside.
  • Fry the egg to your liking in the bacon grease, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • On one slice of toasted bread, spread mayonnaise and place the turkey breast on top.
