Ingredients:

  • 100g of elbow macaroni
  • 150g of cooked chicken, shredded
  • 50g of buffalo sauce
  • 100g of cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 50g of cream cheese
  • 30g of unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
  • 200ml of milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions:

  • Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a pot over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the flour and whisk together for about 1 minute until bubbly.
  • Gradually add in the milk, whisking continuously until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the cream cheese and half of the cheddar cheese, mixing until melted and smooth.

  • Toss the cooked macaroni into the buffalo chicken cheese sauce, making sure it's evenly coated.
