Ingredients:

  • 200g of elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 50g of unsalted butter
  • 50g of all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp of truffle oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  • Cook the elbow macaroni in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
