Ingredients:

  • 100g of elbow macaroni
  • 100g of lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 50g of cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 50g of mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 20g of unsalted butter
  • 20g of all-purpose flour
  • 250ml of milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
  • 10g of breadcrumbs

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  • Gradually add the milk to the roux, whisking continuously until the sauce thickens and is smooth.

  • Add the cooked macaroni and lobster meat to the cheese sauce, stirring gently to combine.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for a crunchy texture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
