Ingredients:

  • 100g elbow macaroni
  • 100g broccoli florets
  • 50g shredded carrots
  • 50g cheddar cheese
  • 50g cream cheese
  • 200ml milk
  • 20g butter
  • 20g all-purpose flour
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Boil a pot of salted water and cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
