Ingredients:

  • 200g of elbow macaroni
  • 100g of sharp cheddar cheese
  • 100g of mozzarella cheese
  • 50g of cream cheese
  • 50g of unsalted butter
  • 100ml of milk
  • 50g of bacon, chopped
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp of paprika
  • 30g of breadcrumbs

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  • Combine the cooked macaroni and bacon into the cheese sauce and mix thoroughly.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
