Ingredients:

  • 100g all-purpose flour
  • 50g grated cheese (cheddar or your preference)
  • 50g unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
  • 2-3 tbsp cold water
