Ingredients:

  • 200g of elbow macaroni
  • 150g of smoked sausage, sliced
  • 50g of butter
  • 50g of all-purpose flour
  • 500ml of milk
  • 150g of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 50g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
