Ingredients:

  • 200g of canned chickpeas
  • 50g of tahini
  • 30ml of lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, or basil) to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Water as needed

  • Mixing bowl
  • Spatula

Instructions:

  • Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas thoroughly under cold water.
  • In a blender, combine the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, and olive oil.
