Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of whole grain bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 100g of canned chickpeas (drained)
  • 2 tablespoons of tahini
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish
