Ingredients:

  • 200g of chicken breast
  • 50g of plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of tandoori spice blend
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the plain yogurt, tandoori spice blend, lemon juice, vegetable oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and salt to create the marinade.
