Ingredients:
- 250g of ground pork
- 30g of breadcrumbs
- 1 clove of garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon of ginger grated
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon of hoisin sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, hoisin sauce, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper.
- Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs, approximately the size of a golf ball.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve hot with your choice of rice or noodles.
