Ingredients:

  • 250g of ground pork
  • 30g of breadcrumbs
  • 1 clove of garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon of hoisin sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixing bowl
  • Baking sheet
  • Oven
  • Saucepan

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, hoisin sauce, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into small meatballs, approximately the size of a golf ball.
  • Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
  • Serve hot with your choice of rice or noodles.
