Cheesy Meatballs are deliciously savory, combining the richness of ground beef with two types of cheese. These meatballs are perfect as a main dish, served with pasta, or enjoyed as appetizers.

Ingredients:

  • 200g ground beef
  • 50g grated mozzarella cheese
  • 50g grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 50g bread crumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 100g marinara sauce

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, bread crumbs, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix the ingredients until well combined and form them into small balls.
  • Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
  • While the meatballs are baking, heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat until warmed through.
  • Serve the cheesy meatballs with the marinara sauce on top.
