Ingredients:
- 500g beef chuck roast
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 4 small corn tortillas
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions:
- Season the beef chuck roast with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper on all sides.
- Place the seasoned beef in a slow cooker. Pour the apple cider vinegar and beef broth over the meat.
- Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours or on high for 4 hours until the meat is tender and shreds easily.
- Once cooked, shred the beef using two forks directly in the slow cooker and mix it with the juices.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a pan or microwave until pliable.
- Assemble the tacos by placing a generous amount of shredded beef on each tortilla.
- Top with diced onion and chopped cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the tacos.
