These Shrimp Tacos are quick to prepare and packed with flavor! The combination of seasoned shrimp, fresh cabbage, and creamy avocado makes these tacos a refreshing and delicious choice for any meal.

Ingredients:

  • 200g of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 small corn tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of lime juice
  • 50g of shredded cabbage
  • 30g of diced tomatoes
  • 20g of chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Frying pan
  • Mixing bowl
  • Tongs
  • Spoon

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the shrimp evenly.
  • Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the shrimp. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and cooked through.
  • Warm the corn tortillas in the frying pan for about 30 seconds on each side until soft.
  • Assemble the tacos by placing some shredded cabbage on each tortilla, followed by a portion of shrimp, diced tomatoes, avocado slices, and chopped cilantro.
  • Serve immediately with extra lime wedges on the side.
