Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients:
- 200g of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 small corn tortillas
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of lime juice
- 50g of shredded cabbage
- 30g of diced tomatoes
- 20g of chopped cilantro
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the shrimp evenly.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the shrimp. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and cooked through.
- Warm the corn tortillas in the frying pan for about 30 seconds on each side until soft.
- Assemble the tacos by placing some shredded cabbage on each tortilla, followed by a portion of shrimp, diced tomatoes, avocado slices, and chopped cilantro.
- Serve immediately with extra lime wedges on the side.
