Ingredients:

  • 2 small corn tortillas
  • 100g of black beans (cooked)
  • 50g of corn (canned or frozen)
  • 50g of diced tomatoes
  • 30g of avocado (sliced)
  • 10g of fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 20g of red onion (diced)
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Frying pan

Instructions:
