These Breakfast Tacos are a quick and satisfying start to your day, filled with scrambled eggs, sautéed vegetables, melted cheese, and a touch of salsa for added flavor. Perfect for a healthy, protein-packed breakfast!

Ingredients:

  • 2 small corn tortillas
  • 1 large egg
  • 50g of diced bell peppers
  • 30g of chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 30g of shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of salsa

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Frying Pan
  • Spatula
  • Cutting Board
  • Knife
  • Mixing Bowl

Instructions:

  • Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add the diced bell peppers and chopped onion to the pan and sauté for about 5 minutes or until softened.
  • Crack the egg into a mixing bowl, add salt and pepper, and whisk until well combined.
  • Pour the whisked egg into the pan with the vegetables and scramble everything together until the egg is cooked through.
  • Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan or microwave for a few seconds until pliable.
  • Lay the warmed tortillas flat and spoon the egg and vegetable mixture evenly onto each one.
