Ingredients:

  • 100g of ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of minced ginger
  • 2 small corn tortillas
  • 50g of shredded cabbage
  • 30g of sliced cucumber
  • 30g of chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh cilantro

Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Mix well until fully combined.
  • Preheat the grill over medium-high heat and form the beef mixture into small patties.
  • Grill the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  • Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  • Assemble the tacos by placing a grilled patty on each tortilla, topping with shredded cabbage, sliced cucumber, and chopped green onions.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds and fresh cilantro over the tacos before serving.
