Ingredients:
- 100g of ground beef
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon of minced ginger
- 2 small corn tortillas
- 50g of shredded cabbage
- 30g of sliced cucumber
- 30g of chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon of fresh cilantro

Instructions:
