Ingredients:

  • 500g of pork shoulder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 cups of chicken broth
  • 4 corn tortillas
  • 1/2 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions:

  • Season the pork shoulder with salt, pepper, cumin, and chili powder.

  • Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or on a tortilla press.
  • Assemble the tacos by placing a portion of shredded pork on each tortilla, adding chopped cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice.
