Ingredients:

  • 100g of mushrooms
  • 1 medium-sized corn tortilla
  • 50g of avocado
  • 30g of diced tomatoes
  • 10g of onion
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:
