- 150g of ground beef
- 2 small taco shells
- 50g of shredded lettuce
- 30g of diced tomatoes
- 30g of grated cheese
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream
- 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions:
