- 250g of Italian sausage
- 50g of breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 50g of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 150ml of marinara sauce
- 50g of mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions:
