BBQ Meatballs combine ground beef with a flavorful mixture that includes BBQ sauce and spices. They are baked to perfection and can be served as a snack, appetizer, or main dish.

Ingredients:

  • 250g ground beef
  • 50g breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 50g shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  • Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Place the meatballs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  • If using, sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the meatballs during the last 5 minutes of baking.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
