Ingredients:
- 250g ground beef
- 50g breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 50g shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- If using, sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the meatballs during the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
