Ingredients:

  • 200g of cooked beets
  • 100g of chickpeas
  • 30g of tahini
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 20ml of olive oil
  • 15ml of lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beets and chickpeas.
