Ingredients:

  • 200g of buffalo mozzarella
  • 100g of all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 150g of breadcrumbs
  • 50g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 100ml of hot sauce
  • 50g of melted butter

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
