Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of sourdough bread
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 ball of fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves, to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:

  • Heat the skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  • Place one slice of sourdough bread on the skillet.
  • Layer the sliced mozzarella on top of the bread.
