Ingredients:
- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 ball of fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- Fresh basil leaves, to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
