Ingredients:
- 3 large eggs
- 50g of fresh mozzarella cheese, diced
- 50g of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 15g of fresh basil leaves, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until well blended and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan, tilting to ensure even distribution.
- As the eggs start to set, sprinkle the diced mozzarella and cherry tomatoes on one half of the omelet.
- Add the chopped basil on top of the ingredients.
- Once the eggs are mostly cooked, fold the omelet in half to cover the filling and let it cook for an additional minute.
