Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh chives, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and water until well combined and frothy.
