Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of whole grain bread
  • 100g of sliced turkey breast
  • 50g of fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 2 slices of tomatoes
  • 10g of fresh basil leaves
  • 20g of balsamic glaze
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Knife
  • Cutting Board

  • Spatula

Instructions:

  • Toast the slices of whole grain bread until golden brown.
