Ingredients:
- 500g of ground beef
- 100g of grated cheddar cheese
- 1 large egg
- 50g of breadcrumbs
- 50ml of milk
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

- Mix the ingredients until well combined, being careful not to overmix.

- Bake in the preheated oven for about 60-70 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through with an internal temperature of 70°C (160°F).
- Allow the meatloaf to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
