Ingredients:
- 500g of ground beef
- 100g of breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 50g of parmesan cheese, grated
- 100g of mozzarella cheese, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 100g of tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, grated parmesan cheese, diced mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, chopped onion, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix all the ingredients until they are well combined.
- Transfer the meat mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 70-80 minutes, or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 70°C (160°F).
- Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
