Ingredients:
- 500g of ground turkey
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, ketchup, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Spread a thin layer of ketchup on top of the meatloaf for added flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 60-75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
- Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
