Ingredients:
- 500g of lentils (cooked)
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1 medium carrot (grated)
- 1 bell pepper (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of vegetable broth

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked lentils, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated carrot, and chopped bell pepper.
- Add the soy sauce, ketchup, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together thoroughly.
- Drizzle olive oil and vegetable broth into the mixture to help bind it together.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 60-75 minutes until the top is firm and slightly browned.
- Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve warm with additional ketchup or your favorite sauce.
