Ingredients:
- 100g of elbow macaroni
- 200ml of milk
- 100g of cheddar cheese
- 50g of mozzarella cheese
- 30g of butter
- 30g of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 30g of breadcrumbs
Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add a pinch of salt. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour to create a roux and cook for about 1 minute until bubbly.
- Gradually add the milk, whisking constantly to avoid lumps. Continue to cook until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Lower the heat and add the cheddar cheese and mozzarella, stirring until melted and smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Combine the cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce, stirring well to coat all the pasta evenly.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
