Ingredients:
- 200g of mozzarella cheese
- 100g of all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 150g of bread crumbs
- 50g of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- oil for frying
Kitchen Tools Needed:

- cheese grater
Instructions:
- Preheat your oil in a deep frying pan to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut the mozzarella cheese into 12 sticks of equal size.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs until well mixed.
- In a third bowl, combine bread crumbs and grated parmesan cheese.
- Coat each mozzarella stick in the flour mixture, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the bread crumb mixture.
- Place the coated cheese sticks on a baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes to firm them up.
- Once firm, carefully place the mozzarella sticks into the hot oil. Fry them in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the sticks with tongs and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.
