Ingredients:

  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 corn tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
