Ingredients:

  • 150g of fresh spinach
  • 200g of cream cheese
  • 100g of sour cream
  • 50g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Optional: Tortilla chips for serving
