Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of thick bread
  • 1 medium egg
  • 100ml of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 50g of cream cheese
  • 25g of strawberries, sliced
  • Butter for cooking

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
