Ingredients:
- 200g of cooked lentils
- 50g of breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of dried Italian herbs
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 50g of grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 100g of marinara sauce for serving

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
