Ingredients:
- 100g of all-purpose flour
- 50g of unsalted butter, softened
- 100g of cheddar cheese, grated
- 50g of mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- Water as needed

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, softened butter, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until crumbly, then add enough water to form a dough.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth.
- Roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut into desired cracker shapes using a knife or cookie cutter.
- Place half of the cut shapes on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the grated cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top of the shapes on the baking sheet.
- Cover with the remaining cracker shapes and press down gently to seal.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
