Ingredients:

  • 100g of all-purpose flour
  • 50g of unsalted butter, softened
  • 100g of cheddar cheese, grated
  • 50g of mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • Water as needed

  • Baking sheet
  • Mixing bowl
  • Rolling pin
  • Knife

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, softened butter, salt, and black pepper.
  • Mix until crumbly, then add enough water to form a dough.
  • Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth.
  • Roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Cut into desired cracker shapes using a knife or cookie cutter.
  • Place half of the cut shapes on a baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle the grated cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top of the shapes on the baking sheet.
  • Cover with the remaining cracker shapes and press down gently to seal.
