Ingredients:
- 500g of ground beef
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 100g of breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 50g of milk
- 100g of ketchup
- 50g of brown sugar
- 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
- Transfer the meat mixture into a greased loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf shape.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce to create the glaze.
- Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
- Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 60-75 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 70°C (160°F).
- Once cooked, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
