Ingredients:
- 500g ground beef
- 200g mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped mushrooms, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, milk, and parsley. Mix everything together until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf.
- Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 60-75 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 70°C (160°F).
- Once cooked, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
