Ingredients:
- 500g of ground beef
- 100g of breadcrumbs
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons of hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
- 1 egg
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 100g of shredded cheddar cheese
- 50g of ketchup for topping

- Loaf pan
- Mixing bowl

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, Italian seasoning, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the meat mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Spread ketchup on top of the meatloaf and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over it.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes or until cooked through.
- Remove from oven, allow to cool slightly, then slice and serve.
