  • 150g of beef chuck, cut into cubes
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 medium carrot, sliced
  • 1 medium potato, diced

  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
  • Salt to taste
